General Conciliator has informed that mutal conciliation will continue only on Wednesday 8th of March. Thus the strike will start on Sunday 5th of March, at 6 pm.
Strike warning concerns 11.000 truck and bus drivers and terminal workers in 21 trucking companies, in 54 bus companies and in 100 cargo terminals in Finland. (To avoid misunderstanding, please note that port terminals are not part of the strike threat).
However, x have informed that they will not handle any trailers/trucks belonging to the trucking companies, which are part of the strike threat.
Transport & Distribution has analyzed the list of companies, which have been announced to be under strike threat and alternative haulier/trucking companies have been arranged to avoid any impacts for customer service
